Job Description

Real Estate Showing Agent - High Commission Split, Part-Time Available

If you enjoy being out in the field, meeting buyers, and showing properties, this opportunity gives you the flexibility to build your real estate career around client-facing work.

We’re looking for agents at all experience levels who want to work directly with buyers while developing the skills and relationships that can lead to long-term business.

As a Showing Agent, you’ll meet with motivated buyers, tour properties, and help guide clients through the home-buying process. You’ll gain hands-on experience while building relationships that can generate repeat and referral business over time.

You’ll also have access to mentorship, structured support, and proven systems designed to help you stay organized, consistent, and productive.

Both part-time and full-time options are available, along with partial remote flexibility for the parts of your business that can be handled away from the field.

This opportunity can work for newly licensed agents looking to gain confidence and experience as well as experienced agents who want an active, flexible, client-facing role.

You must hold a real estate license or currently be working toward obtaining one.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $160,000+

High commission split. Part-time and full-time options available. Partial remote flexibility.

If you’re looking for a real estate opportunity that keeps you working directly with buyers while offering flexibility in your schedule, apply today.

Compensation:

$124,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Meet with motivated buyers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized home-buying experience.
  • Tour properties with clients, providing insights and answering questions to help them make informed decisions.
  • Guide clients through the home-buying process, offering support and advice at every step to build trust and confidence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering repeat and referral business for long-term success.
  • Collaborate with team members and mentors to enhance your skills and knowledge, contributing to a supportive work environment.
  • Utilize proven systems and tools to stay organized and efficient, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule that includes both part-time and full-time options, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments effectively.
Qualifications:

  • Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred, but we're excited to support those new to the industry.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and confident throughout their journey.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships, leading to referrals and repeat business.
  • Ability to manage your schedule efficiently, balancing client needs with personal commitments.
  • Experience in using digital tools and systems to stay organized and productive each day.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, sharing insights and strategies with our team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address client questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
