What will you do as a Real Estate Agent?

You'll follow up with client leads by phone, text, and email, and guide your clients through buying and/or selling a home. Along the way you'll teach them what to expect and help them understand the important steps.

• Meet people regularly and get involved in your local community
• Take the initiative and run your business from start to finish
• Learn the technology you need to run your business as a Real Estate Agent
• Be the person your clients rely on for one of the biggest decisions of their lives

No experience required - we will train you.

What do you need to get started?

• Be 18 years or older
• Be willing to get a Michigan real estate license - we'll show you how
• Be willing to complete Coldwell Banker Schmidt, Realtors Real Estate Agent training, which we provide
