Why Work Here?
This opportunity offers an initial 3–6 month assignment with the possibility of becoming a permanent team member, providing a clear path for growth and long-term stability. The team values individuals who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow rather than simply clock in for a paycheck, creating a culture that rewards initiative and commitment. You join a group that appreciates a balance of hard work and being relaxed, with a sense of humor and strong camaraderie on the job. Contractors are supported in developing their skills and moving into more advanced responsibilities, making this a great environment for someone who wants to build a career in construction and manufacturing.
Work Environment
You work outdoors in a non–climate-controlled area typical of labor work in Hawaii, so you should expect hot, sweaty conditions and exposure to varied weather. The role involves physical labor, frequent material handling, and working around manufacturing and assembly equipment used in the truss building process. Personal protective equipment includes steel-toed boots and pants, and some workers choose to use a lift belt for back support, though it is not required. The facility provides an employee parking lot, and the standard schedule runs from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with occasional overtime when operational needs arise. #aerojobshawaii26
