Key Responsibilities

• Order processing

• Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services

• Opens customer accounts by recording account information

• Maintains customer records by updating account information

• Answering our toll-free phone line and emailing customers/vendors• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

• Other various daily tasks

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (8:30 - 5:00)

Banking, Cashier, or Casino experience would be a plus! Relevant experience rewarded.

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience.
