About the Role We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Creative & Design Manager – DACH to strengthen the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of Reolink’s creative marketing across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This role will translate global brand and product direction into compelling creative ideas, campaign concepts, and visual executions that resonate with consumers across the DACH region and work across campaigns, social media, digital channels, retail, events, and other marketing touchpoints. Working closely with the Head of Marketing DACH, local and global marketing teams, the ideal candidate combines strong hands-on design capabilities with creative thinking, regional market understanding, and the ability to provide creative direction. Practical video and motion capabilities are important, while specialized or larger-scale production can be supported by global or external resources. This is an opportunity to help shape Reolink’s creative approach in DACH and build a stronger locally relevant creative capability within a growing international brand. Key Responsibilities Develop creative ideas, campaign concepts, and visual executions for the DACH region, translating marketing objectives and consumer insights into compelling creative work aligned with Reolink’s global brand direction. Translate global campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives into locally relevant creative executions for consumers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Create high-quality visual assets across digital campaigns, social media, retail/POS, events, partnerships, and other marketing touchpoints. Adapt and optimize global creative assets for DACH audiences while maintaining a consistent Reolink brand identity and recognizing relevant market and cultural differences within the region. Provide creative direction and help establish a consistently high visual quality standard across regional marketing activities. Create and edit selected short-form video, motion, and social-first content for day-to-day marketing needs. Collaborate closely with Social/Creator, PR, Sales/Retail, and Content/Copy resources to translate marketing briefs into effective creative execution. Work closely with Reolink’s global Brand, Design, Video, and Content teams, leveraging existing global assets and production capabilities effectively. Brief and coordinate external photographers, videographers, designers, or other production partners where specialist capabilities are required. Develop creative variations for testing and use performance insights, consumer feedback, and relevant creative trends to continuously improve creative effectiveness. Use generative AI and emerging creative technologies to improve ideation, quality, speed, variation, and production efficiency. What you bring to the team 5+ years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, creative development, visual communication, art direction, or integrated content creation. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual design, creative thinking, and work across digital and preferably physical marketing touchpoints. Excellent hands-on skills with relevant professional design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent. Proven experience creating assets for social media, digital campaigns, integrated marketing, and ideally retail or e-commerce. Ability to develop creative concepts and visual ideas rather than only execute predefined layouts or asset adaptations. Practical experience with video editing and/or motion design; advanced film production expertise is not required. Strong understanding of consumers, visual culture, and communication trends across the DACH region. Experience adapting international or global campaigns for regional or local markets is an advantage. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across regional and global teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-reliant, proactive, and hands-on approach to work. Native-level or highly fluent German and proficient English. Experience in consumer electronics, technology, e-commerce, smart home, or retail is an advantage. Confident use of generative AI and other emerging creative tools to improve creative quality, speed, and exploration while maintaining strong human judgment and brand standards.
